We are very proud and honored to welcome Cubby to the
family. Cubby comes to us in co-ownership with Mary-Lynn
Jensen, PhD and was bred by Denise Powell and Lesley
Beals as part of the
Dalmatian Heritage Project.
On October 18 and 19th Cubby attended the IABCA shows in
Orlando, FL and received 4 SG1 ratings to earn his IABCA
Int'l Puppy Championship. He received 2 Group 1s, a Group2 and
a Group
3 on his way to 2 Reserve Best Puppy in Show
placings. He was judged by 4 AKC judges and their
rating sheets can be found here:
Cubby's progress while growing up will be tracked here
for those interested in the Project and hopefully he can
answer some of the questions you might have concerning
these Low Uric Acid puppies.
In March, 2010, Cubby became the first NUA dog to earn a Road Dog title
from the Dalmatian Club of America
The weekend of his 4th Birthday, Cubby finished his UKC
Grand Championship in two weekends out after a two year
break from showing.
On November 16, 2011 Cubby became the second LUA
dalmatian to be registered with the AKC.
